Such a shame the food is good but the way workers prepare it is utterly unacceptable. Pushing food drowers using their feet. Not using food clamps. Without uniform. Not recommended.

They are really good tasty fresh food only one problem they keep making the burgers to hot when you ask for mild chilli.
Used to love this place when it just opened, but the quality went way down. When the elder guy used to sit in the shop the staff would be so coordinated and nice. Went to it the other day after a long time. I always get a veggie burger. Specifically asked 3 times to make sure that they put no sauce (asked before couple times but they always put this spicy sauce). One guy took an order, another one made. The one who made it- put the sauce. Just to double check it, I opened my order in the shop and it was with sauce. Instead of making a new one, they just took the patty out of the burger, threw it with the fries to fry AGAIN and put the same patty on the new bun with salad! Really?! (In the picture you can see how the fry got stuck in my patty when they were frying it for the same time with fries)
I am really disappointed in this service. Honestly, will not be back because of the service going down.
